    We met Brian at an open house and were impressed with his knowledge of the local real estate market and all the insight he provided about narrowing our search for a house, specific things to look for and questions that we should be sure to have answered. When we found a house we really wanted, there were some red flags that kept us from making an offer. We knew then that we needed Brian's expertise to represent our interests. And he did in spades! Within an hour of first contacting him, he had researched our areas of concern and contacted the proper authorities who could give us the answers. The following day after accompanying us to the property, he constructed a fair offer contingent on the seller agreeing to satisfactorily meet our concerns. He explained every detail of the inspection and closing processes, provided everything we needed before we had any idea what we needed, and in general was 10 steps ahead of what had to be done every time. We're now in our dream home and it never would have happened without Brian.
